Want to get a strong, sexy and sculpted upper body? Start by firming up the backs of your arms.

Chest press
Lie on a bench with a dumbbell in each hand and your arms extended to the ceiling.
Slowly lower the dumbbells, then push back up to the ceiling and repeat.
With summer out of the way (sob) and winter fast-approaching, we barely have time to catch our breath before having to worry about bingo wings all over again. Party season is one to be enjoyed by everyone, so get to work early on our LBD-body and rock the dancefloor with confidence.
